Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges just contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Send items back to me within 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Conditions of return. Buyers are responsible for returning costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Payment Options
Payment can be made with cash at the time of delivery for all our stock items. If the purchaser does not make payment when the good is delivered, then the good will be returned to the seller.

We work with Fun Curier for national delivery, with UPS for all our shippings in Europe and International except big items that goes with TNT or Fedex.
